1. Introduction

2. Working principle:

Mainly reflected in the clutch system of automobiles. When the driver steps on the clutch pedal, the hydraulic system generates pressure, pushing the release bearing towards the diaphragm spring, thereby releasing the clamping force on the pressure plate, separating the clutch plate from the pressure plate, and cutting off the power transmission between the engine and the transmission. The specific process is as follows:
1. Hydraulic control: Hydraulic release bearings replace traditional mechanical connecting rods through hydraulic systems, using hydraulic transmission from the master cylinder and slave cylinder to operate the clutch.
2. Separation process: When the clutch pedal is pressed, the master cylinder generates hydraulic pressure, pushing the slave cylinder and causing the separation bearing to press against the diaphragm spring, releasing the clamping force of the pressure plate.
3. Recovery process: After releasing the clutch pedal, the release bearing returns to its original position under the action of the return spring, the diaphragm spring returns to its original state, the clutch plate is re pressed, and power transmission is restored.
